Service Overview 

• Initial Contact: Upon receiving a request for security assessment services, we engage with the client to understand their specific needs, concerns, and objectives. This initial discussion helps establish key rapport and lays the foundation for the assessment process.

• Cost Estimate: Based on the information gathered during the initial contact with the client a cost estimate for the security assessment services will be provided. This estimate outlines the scope of work, anticipated deliverables, and associated costs, ensuring transparency and alignment with the client's budgetary constraints.
• Physical In-depth Walk-through: Once the client accepts the cost estimate and agrees to proceed with the assessment, a physical, in-depth walk-through of the premises is scheduled. During this walk-through, the security assessment team conducts a comprehensive examination of the client's facilities, infrastructure, and existing security measures. They identify potential vulnerabilities, assess risk factors, and gather data to inform their analysis. During this phase we will also address concerns and issues of the schools safety officer.
• Written Assessment: Following the walk-through, the security assessment team synthesizes their findings and prepares a detailed written assessment report. This report provides a thorough evaluation of the client's security posture, highlighting, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. It may include recommendations for enhancing physical security measures, implementing security protocols and procedures, and mitigating identified risks.
• Delivery of Assessment Report: The written assessment report is delivered to the client within 14 days of the walk-through, as agreed upon in the initial engagement. This time frame allows the assessment team to conduct a comprehensive analysis and ensure the accuracy and quality of the findings. The report is typically presented in a clear, concise format, accompanied by supporting documentation and visual aids to facilitate understanding and decision-making.

Like all great things, we started small.The founder of the business was deeply affected by the tragedies and felt compelled to take action not only for his grade school kid but others as well. He recognized that his expertise in security assessment could be instrumental in improving safety measures within educational institutions.
